PD-L1 TN-cyclon™ ELISA K​it

　“TN-cyclon™” is an innovative technology that enables ultrasensitive protein detection with standard bio laboratory facilities. This assay kit “PD-L1 TN™-cyclon ELISA Kit” enables ultrasensitive detection of PD-L1 using “TN-cyclon™” technology. Our R&D team achieved a high level of detection limit, 0.1 pg/mL, when detecting recombinant PD-L1 in the buffer. This is 10 times more sensitive than general ELISA, usually its detection limit is about 1 pg/mL.
　PD-L1 is a protein molecule that has immunosuppressive functions by binding to its receptor PD-1 and suppressing the T-cell activity. PD-L1 is found not only on the surface of antigen-presenting cells but also on the surface of tumor cells and non-transformed cells within the tumor microenvironment. Inhibition of the interaction between PD-1 and PD-L1 with immune checkpoint inhibitors is known to suppress growth of tumor cell, making PD-L1 an important biomarker for evaluating the effectiveness of immunotherapy. Since PD-L1 in serum and Exosomes are infinitesimal, measurement of trace amounts of PD-L1 is necessary for early detection and treatment of cancers.
